Training at Ross Elliott Fitness starts with a complementary consultation covering goal setting, fitness assessments and programme planning. This session will also look at your current activity levels and how best to bring in an exercise programme to suit your needs.

Initial session will cover

  • Goal Setting. We will set specific goals and targets that over the course of your sessions we will work towards and achieve.
  • Body Composition assessment and body fat measurements
  • Upper body strength assessment
  • Core stability testing
  • Structural, postural, and muscular balance testing – where are your weaknesses / strengths and how can they be addressed for a healthy, functional and injury free body.
