Welcome To Ross Elliott Fitness

I set up Ross Elliott Fitness in August 2008 following 2 seasons working as a Strength and Conditioning Coach for Bath Rugby. My aim is to ensure sessions are enjoyable, challenging and above all rewarding. During your sessions you will receive 100% commitment from me as we work together to reach YOUR goals. Exercises and sessions will vary to keep you motivated and ensure you are making continual progress whatever your fitness level, medical condition or exercise history.

Circuit Training every Thursday at 8pm in the sports hall at Chew Valley Leisure Centre. Suitable for all fitness abilities and open to anyone aged 16 or over.
